We work on a fixed-price basis wherever the scope is clear, and on a documented daily-rate basis for investigations whose extent can only be confirmed on site. All engagements include a written report.
Grid connections & compliance
Connection feasibility studies, grid impact assessments, substation design review and grid-code compliance documentation for generation assets and large consumers. We prepare the technical case and accompany the application through the network operator's process.
Technical due diligence
Asset-level and portfolio-level reviews for transactions and financing: condition assessment, remaining-life estimation, contract review, CAPEX planning and risk register. Reports follow recognised formats used by lenders and insurers.
Owner's engineer services
Representation of the client during design and construction: specification review, tendering support, schedule and cost control, change-order assessment and interface coordination between contractors.
Construction supervision
Resident and visiting supervision during construction, installation and commissioning, including quality verification, snagging and handover documentation.
Energy audits & efficiency
Measurement-based audits for buildings, utilities and industrial processes, including heat loss analysis, compressed-air and cooling system reviews, and investment-grade efficiency roadmaps.
Operations & reliability
Root-cause investigations, maintenance strategy development, condition monitoring support and troubleshooting for operating plants and networks.
